Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Public Safety First
-Cleaning and Preparing the site
-Demolition and removal of the building or materials from the site. (No Hazardous Materials)
-Improvement work, leveling, and grading
-Removing and disposing of any objects that could hinder work operations and duties
-Mark all underground utilities for easy identification before demolition work starts, tape off if necessary.
-Paperwork, such as Purchase orders and invoicing
-Loading and delivering materials (Inspect materials for any damages)
-Use forklift, power drill, grinder, saw, pressure washer, generator, compressor, and hand jacks
-Set up markers/cones, barricades
-Review and inspect Equipment and vehicles (fluids, lights, tires, etc.)
-Follow Instructions from supervisors
-Properly and safely pull and back up a trailer behind a truck
-Document & conduct inventory and ensure all equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
-Install/dismantle Company Signs -make sure signs are in good condition before installed
-Provide manual labor
-Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment ( all required PPE)
-All Warranty repair work. (carpentry, drywall, misc., trade work)
-Company errands
-Punch Work/corrections with documentation & report

-Assisting in all day-to-day operations, including delivering plans and other documents to other businesses
-Participates as needed in special department projects
