Job Description We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this role you will be supporting the development team and overall principal developer. You will be building PBI dashboards from scratch while also rolling out power applications to create better enhancements. You will be supporting Tag work and helping solve for their large backlog of work that needs to be accomplished. The work is focused on project data (order, dates, units, and creating loading order for annual work plans). They have thousand workloads that they need data insights on and there currently isn't a ton of strategy. They need to create a work plan on how / what will be achieved. We need to understand the completion date, put in a work plan to create a physical representation on what that looks like on a trend chart. This data needs to be presented annually, monthly, weekly, and daily. We will need to measure performance, what needs to be obtained and what wasn't obtained. Understand and deal with data associations and relate it to the data and measure against performance (variance analysis). We need this individual to be attentive to detail, willingness to hit ground running and be a go-getter. Skills and Requirements - 4+ years of Data Analyst experience - Experience analyzing large sets of tabular information in excel and coming up with KPI's - Experience gathering raw data from excel, compiling and and gaining insights and creating solutions - Experience with SAP (pulling data) and SQL - Experience with excel formulas (understand how to merge different data sets together, creating goal seeking and creating if statements) - Ability to build dashboards from scratch while enhancing existing ones - Past experience working for this company null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
