Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Testing Lead to support the development and execution of a comprehensive testing strategy for critical applications and workflows. This role will collaborate closely with technical experts, change leadership, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery through both manual and automated testing. Responsibilities + Develop a comprehensive test strategy and detailed test plans. + Create and maintain high-quality test cases, scripts, and data. + Ensure all testing activities comply with relevant standards and regulations. + Assign tasks, set priorities, and guide team members. + Monitor test execution and provide regular updates to stakeholders. + Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and issues. + Manage defects using tracking systems and coordinate with developers for resolution. + Partner with technical experts to align test cases with system capabilities. + Engage stakeholders to gather input and ensure testing meets business needs. + Work closely with the training team to support user readiness. + Establish feedback loops to improve test effectiveness. + Identify and mitigate risks related to testing activities. + Align testing schedules with implementation milestones. Required Skills & Qualifications + Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. + Excellent organizational and project management abilities. + Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., qTest, Jira). + Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and tools. + Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Technical Skills + Automation testing using Tricentis Tosca and qTest. + Experience with test script development and execution. + Familiarity with applications such as Maximo, AUD Design Tool, SSP Productivity, and Utility Network Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
