In Oracle programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects within an organisation. You will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Oracle solutions. In this area, you will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. As part of the Oracle Consulting - Oracle PMO team you are expected to support project management activities. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain standards. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
