What You Will Be Doing - Leading Workshops: Design and present workshops that make students say, "Wow, I didn't know I could do that!" From public speaking to entrepreneurship, you'll teach actionable skills that inspire.
- Holding daily Motivation Sessions: Start each day helping students set powerful goals and the mindset to crush them.
- Cultivating student success: Use proven playbooks to ensure every student meets ambitious academic and personal goals.
- Creating custom motivational strategies: Work with students to design rewards and incentives that inspire self-driven excellence.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
